This is old news. Shallow water drilling was back on as of this afternoon.
The insurance expenses for those that continue to operate are going to go thru the roof. Increased costs will drive a lot away even if they have a license.
Obama doesn’t care about these white people in the oil industry..they didn’t vote for him.
