If you mean by "our" the average patriotic American you are right. If you mean the administration who are now running this country and representing us to the world, you are wrong. The Chicoms and this administration have a lot in common.
They’re also not throwing their military around and not actually showing us what they are capable of so we can study their maneuvers and tactics. Keeping their cards close and not interested in saving the planet. IF they do mobilize, it will likely be in defense of their country.

Because the Chinese have a drastically different mentality. As to the Russians, Arabs, etc. They are also the last militaries we want to mobilize for anything. If they did mobilize and say, invade Saudi Arabia or Africa to stop a genocide, their methods would be sadistic and they do not play by the Queensberry rules. I don’t think it is a good idea that the Chinese or Russians be aware of what they are capable of in a war.
