But they are breaking the laws in serious ways in order to cover less-serious infractions.
Destroying somebody’s birth certificate is a huge no-no.
I’m still trying to find out from the OIP and Ombudsman’s Office whether Fukino and Okubo will be put on administrative leave until the investigation into whether they illegally destroyed permanent records is complete.
For some reason, neither entity wants to answer that question.

Just what do so many people have against WND? Yes, their stories sometimes seem like rabbit trails but they at least print them so that we can make up our minds about them. They don't just wait to see what the MSM will print and then obediently spew it out. They investigate and when you do investigative journalism you may end up in blind alleys but at least you are doing the leg work. If they were really so very far off base as so many of you keep painting them why have they not been sued out of existence?
I tend to agree. But if he wasn't, and wasn't born elsewhere in the US, then he's not even a citizen, unless he was later naturalized. Either way, he'd not be eligible. It's harder for Joe and Josephine Sixpack to understand the "not natural born because of having a non citizen father". After all that takes some research into historical sources. Court decisions based on Vattel, rather than English common law. Old referances to "natural born child of citizens", etc take a bit of work to comprehend. Might miss "American Idol" while doing all that reserach and reading.
Still J&J Sixpack seem to be beginning to understand that "The Won" is not like any other America President. Next they'll start to wonder why.
And when J & J Sixpack realize that a common traffic stop check for Obama would have shown that he’s not even a citizen, they will realize just how corrupt our government, media, and law enforcement are in this country. And THAT should rattle people to the core.

I have come across some articles totally made up by David Duke type groups. They were outlandish and people ran with them as truth. It’s a game I refuse to play. I don’t want to be around any group that has any white supremist’s ties. Even if it is a handfull of people in the group it does not matter to me. I could not sleep at night.
I agree with you that he isn't a natural born citizen because of his duel citizenship but that obviously hasn't made the difference because they like to pretend and argue that as long as he was born in The USA that is all that really matters, especially to his ardent followers. They make us out to be hair splitters and just out to get him on technicalities.
Now, though, if it is truly let out that he was actually born in another country, that they would have a much harder time burying for this has become the issue. That is why this makes a huge difference in the reality of the present day political climate.
I completely agree with you that it is horribly wrong that our Constitution is being so ignored by just about everybody in this Country. That is the crime and he isn't eligible to our President, period!

There is plenty of fact to be reported without the necessity of editorializing. Rush and the rest have avoided the issue. Rush even **PLAINLY** admitted it!
The Hawaiian records dept . places the birth announcements in local papers for anyone who registers a child in Hawaii. It has never been contested that obama’s parents registered obama’s birth in Hawaii. Hawaiian law did not require birth in Hawaii in 1961 to be registered there. If obama was born in Hawaii he would be able to release a CERTIFIED CERTIFICATE OF BIRTH showing hospital and doctor information. Of course Article 2 of the Constitution requires both parents to be U.S. citizens at birth. Therefore even with a Certified Certificate obama would not be eligible to be President.
I hope this guy takes every precaution to protect himself and his family. These goons will stop at nothing.
As an aside, I was just watching CBS news (to see how they were reporting on the oil spill and the news chick let it slip that the National Guard troops that Obama sent to the coast are being used to go door to door signing people up for benefits from BP! I am still shakin my head over that one. Our national guard troops need to be out there helping to clean up this spill, etc. so that the entire region doesn’t turn into a dead zone!
This just proves that our worst fears are true. Obama is not concerned about the entire gulf dying and people being out of work. He wants to use this disaster to bankrupt BP, begin the government takeover of the energy sector and push our economy to the brink of collapse. The dems are going to use this to pass Cap N Trade,nationalize the oil and gas business and get more people on the government dole.

Even if British law did or does not make him a British citizen at birth, the fact that both his parents were not US citizens would disqualify him.
Under the 14th amendment he would be a citizen, same as Wong Kim Ark, but not a natural born on. The 14th amendment does not contain the words "Natural born citizen" or even "natural born". Thus it did not redefine the term as originally understood. Which of course was "born in the country of parents who are it's citizens".
After 9-11? I had to produce a certified copy of my birth certificate in 1973 before I could be commissioned through AF-ROTC. Then had to provide a copy of our marriage license to allow my wife to have a dependent ID card. The government takes the word of the individual for nothing. Unless of course one is about to become President, or presumably Congress Critter, offices with specific qualifications listed in the Constitution itself. Then, "heh, I trust you man". It's absolutely FReeping insane.

Easily submitted by his savvy grandmother who would want her only grandson to considered an American born citizen and not recorded to have been born in Kenya or some such place. What grandmother would not want her son to be considered born here if she thought she could pull it off and was not adverse to cheating? After all, she may have reasoned, she was only helping Hawaii out by advancing it's citizenship count and those in the know may have understood it's unscrupulous goal of getting more federal money in it's coffers.
Has anybody here called the number in post #50 of that thread, and talked to Mr. Adams and independently verified the points that WND made?
(access to databases for SocSec, national crime info, State Driving licence, international passport; the name of his boss at the time; that Mr. Adams was a Sr. Elections Clerk)?
If they get a boss’s name, that can be checked also. Plus whether an elections clerk or their boss would have access to those databases.
If that's true than Junior can not be a Natural Born Citizen even if he were born in the Lincoln Bedroom at the White House.
