What is a “minority?” How about left handers, people with auburn hair, or those with ring fingers longer than their middle fingers? People who like sardines, or anchovies? Stamp collectors, model airplane builders, or Trekies? We can all shoehorn ourselves into some “minority” category using the leftist playbook. Does that mean we get goodies?

You are correct only in the sense that there were no formal documents or property records kept by the Indians when Columbus arrived.
That hardly translates into the Indians not being the occupiers and defacto owners of North America.
But so what if the Europeans were the original illegals!
They came, they massacred the Indians and they conquered.
Like it has happened umpteenth time in human history, the
conquerers become the next legitimate owners. No one guarantees justice. The sword is the mightiest weapon.
