Around 700 IP addresses implicated in the Hurt Locker BitTorrent downloads lawsuit have been released. Theyre part of the public record so its not like these addresses were surreptitiously acquired or anything like that. One interesting observation: none of the IP addresses belong to Time Warner, the one ISP thats putting up a fight. Hmm?

Not surprisingly, Comcast which infamously throttled connections intentionally because they assumed everyone downloaded movies is one of the ISP on the list.
Amazing that these geniuses havent heard of PeerG, proxy servers, encryption and... umm, so I heard from the neighbor’s kid (cough)
