Why not just record the number of X and the number of Y chromosomes? Then issue of “sex” goes away and it becomes a basic biometric.

Sure, based on the new policy you just need to get a Dr. to submit a report with your new passport application. So go to the Dr. and get a blood transfusion of your race preference and wa la you are a new race!
And that was just talking about dressing so as to be thought of the other gender. Probably no one thought a specific prohibition on addadictomies and chopadickoffmies was really necessary.

I'm not on the State Department's side here, but I don't recall God's Word saying anything about bureaucratic passport procedures.
Something tells me there’s a Clinton on that picture (maybe the post you’re replying to), but I’m unable to find it.
If a man has “gender reassignment surgery” and is given a passport that claims he is a woman, the passport would contradict what a simple bloodtest or DNA swab would make clear: his chromosomes are still XY.
