Arguable. Kids have the RIGHT to protected against ABUSIVE parents - in my opinion. That’s all I’m saying.
As you pointed out in #214,the involvement of Big Government often results in even greater danger to children.
In the case of kids sitting in back seats, Big Government has been the cause of many, many deaths.
That’s consistant with the reuslts of the oil spill, which has been componded with the invovlment of Big Governement.
