....allegedly facing felony charges for showing pornographic images to a college student...

I thought this was strange. How can it be a crime to show a college student a pornographic image ? College is nothing but a get drunk, get naked and hookup experience anyway....Student was under 18 ??

How can it be a crime to show a college student a pornographic image ?

She was in a computer lab in the basement of her USC dorm, it was supposed to be a "keycard access" area. He approached her and asked if she liked football, when she turned to acknowledge his question he showed her some very graphic "hardcore" pictures and asked if she wanted to go up to her room. She left the area and reported the incident, he was apprehended by the campus police. Mr.Greene was not unknown to them, apparently he had spent a good deal of time hanging around the women's dorms.

It may not be illegal to produce, possess and view such images but you can't walk up to people at random and show them to people.
