I ride the bike a lot, and did in Portland, too ... that's a "real bike town" if you've ever seen one. It's called the "bicycle capital of the United States" and for good reason too, I would say.
Anyway, I have fun riding mine around and I'm in Tulsa now. They're not near as "bike-friendly" in Tulsa as they are in Portland, but they are getting there.
So, when this so-called "naked bike ride" came up, my cousin wanted me to go with her on this bike ride ... I said, "No way I'm doing that!" ... LOL ... So, I never went there or saw how many they had there, but in Tulsa you might be able to do what they have on there in the picture, but no "naked bike ride" ... that's for sure ... :-)
