Everyone is screaming for BP to pay...But few
know there is a Trust Fund that the drillers pay into for this type of disaster....and I have yet to hear the Media talk about this Trust Fund.

It was just another slush fund to be raided at will. They calculated the odds of a damaging spill and decided they could safely spend the money elsewhere.
