My stepdaughter has been a professional student studying “Green Design” for years. She is 28 and broke. Meanwhile her 18 year old brother started apprentice work this morning and will be going to trade school starting in the fall after receiving a full scholarship. Something tells me he will be done with school and working while she continues to gripe about how she can't find work in her field.

Yep....one of my kids went to trade school. Graduated in Jan. of this year...lives in SoCal...and has been making very good money..and the sky is the limit, I think. The best thing is she is doing what she loves.

The other is going to college...and will graduate with a degree that you can actually get a good job with.
