About seven years ago I read a short article that explained what took place in San Antonio (I believe it was), shortly after enforcement was strengthened at it’s nearby border crossing and it’s proximity.

Grand theft auto dropped by over 50%.

So Gloria, was enforcing the laws of our nation justified or not?
