If circumstances force him to he will.Yes,he's a Maoist...and Maoists,first and foremost,strive to live to fight another day. You mean like the way he backed off from socialist health care when over 60% of the country was against it?
He has already stated he would rather be a great one term President than a mediocre two term President. In his mind, great means Marxist.
