Sounds like Kristol actually has a bit more evidence this time:
At 9:38 a.m., the CNN story was emailed to a colleague by a campaign consultant working for Haley's opponent, Rep. Gresham Barrett.
The specificity of the time implies that Kristol has seen the actual email.

I do not believe anything from Kristol. And, I doubt Barrett has much influence on CNN.
