Good grief - that complex is a taxpayer-subsidized CULT COMPOUND.

i.e. any homeless person can sleep outside (near the train tracks) but if you become a *guest* can use an economy bunk and even better - if you become a *member* you get a comfy cot!!!!!!!!!!!!
