Texas’ gulf coast didn't get money from Mexico when one of their leaks was spewing 30,000 barrels a day.
Well, I sure hope they get some money when it's spewing at 120,000 barrels a day, then, and a whole heck of a lot closer to the Texas coastline .... hoo-boy!
But, actually, I would say it's Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida that may need more help ...
