If you watch the video, the boy took the girl outside of the store. At no time did he stop & talk to a store employee about the lost child. It is a miracle that the little girl was returned. IMO, this looked like a planned abduction.
Yeah. He planned to abduct the girl....
Only he forgot he wasn’t old enough to drive the get away car. And he returns to shop for shoes with his mother after he gets caught (sure sign of a criminal). The story says that he was walking back into the store with the girl when he discovered that the other ladies were not the mother.
And by the way, did you see the video of the two leaving the store? He did not have the girl “imprisoned.” They were walking side by side not even holding hands.
