There is also the “lore” that when a Judge grills the lawyer it means the judge leans towards the side the lawyer represents.

Not in this case. The judge is a homosexual. He's been blatantly biased during this entire show "trial". The Prop 8 attorneys are right in the fact that the law is absolutely clear, and the only reason to have a "trial" was so that this filthy disease ridden pervert can stack the record with "evidence" that supports his agenda.
Walker is going to overturn Prop 8.

He was the conservatives' hero when he worked on Bush's case in 2000.
Now that he's defending homosexuals, he's a disgrace. Yes, thats right. He was a hero when he was on the right side and now that he's on the wrong side, he's a disgrace.

I don’t believe he’s “openly” homosexual - this has only been suggested by the homo-media and Walker has never made such a statement to my knowledge. Of course, he probably is.

There is also the lore that when a Judge grills the lawyer it means the judge leans towards the side the lawyer represents. I'm thinking back to the California Supreme Ct. case after Prop 8 passed and was put on trial. Many of the supremes asked some hard questions, and the final outcome was anyone's guess. It turns out that all but one found Prop 8 constitutional. Of course, they threw a bone to the homophiles by letting them keep the "marriages" that had already taken place.

Back when I was practicing law, I had a chance to be heavily involved in the Boy Scouts have to admit gay boys case. I passed because it would be bad constitutional law had I won.Obviously, Ted doesn't share your morals. If he did, he would not have taken this case.

What’s the rational basis to ALLOW gay marriage?
