Yes, this is a classic Sowell piece and not the first time he’s articulated it. Though he didn’t mention Obama it’s pretty clear his timing for it.

Though he didn’t mention Obama it’s pretty clear his timing for it.Considering Obama just put 120,000 jobs on the bank in the Gulf and elsewhere with his offshore drilling moratorium, it is a good time to remind people of this.
