Guess who holds patent for carbon trading plan

Disgraced Fannie Mae CEO set to cash in for millions Obama housing adviser Franklin Raines Former Clinton and Obama budget adviser Franklin Raines owns a key carbon-emissions patent he developed as CEO of the government-sponsored mortgage giant Fannie Mae, positioning him and his partners to make millions of dollars if it is used in any carbon-capping scheme implemented by the Obama administration.

Raines and his associates led Fannie Mae and Congress to believe Fannie Mae owned the patent, despite public records to the contrary, a WND investigation has found.

Raines and his partners carried out their plan by quietly filing for and receiving a second nearly identical carbon-emissions patent that superseded the first patent, according to government records.

Gee, quel surprise!

I think Mr. Raines would have difficulty laying straight in bed.

Thank you, Bubba. Great choice for Fannie Mae. Did us a lot of good.

Franklin’s $90 million in FANNY MAE bonuses must be long spent. Maybe this is why we see his co-conspirator JAMIE GORELICK out fror under a rock and representing BP (Barack Petroleum), or perhaps guiding BP into going gently into the good night of selling carbon credits instead of finding and producing energy.

Affirmative action is complete

THUGS (smart ones) got into the corporate world and are now robbing millions, instead of old ladies on street corners.

A carbon tax would impact almost every aspect of Americans’ lives, from higher gas prices, to soaring utility bills, to exorbitant excesses related to the “energy efficiency” of their homes. It would be enforced by an army of environmental regulators and green police poking their noses into the private affairs of citizens.

Well, that is THE PLAN.

"Franklin Raines owns a key carbon-emissions patent he developed as CEO of the government-sponsored mortgage giant Fannie Mae."

Why? What the heck? I thought that Fannie Mae was in the mortgage business. This makes no sense to me!

I read the patent. It is the vaguest pie-in-the-sky gobbledygook that claims any revenues through a trading facility without “teaching” anything. I think it is only Raines’ connections that got the patent issued.

It shouldn’t pass the “obviousness” test for a patent, because just about anything can be traded once it exists. Why do I think the deck is stacked here?

My only affordable option is to file a request for reconsideration of Bartels' original patent.

The provisional application for my free-market environmental management business method patent was filed almost 18 months before Bartels'.

I am hoping that I can cite it against these creeps as prior in a Request for Reconsideration.

If you have the time to take a look, I'd appreciate it. Mine was finally granted less than two years ago, so I still have a few weeks left to file additional claims. I did the whole thing for defensive purposes, to keep evil people from doing what Raines et al. intend.
