Precisely what I thought. In the end it will probably come before the Supreme Court after appeals, so that is where the outcome will be decided after it's all said and done, IMO.

Sounds like another 5-4 decision, and the question is which way will the swing voter decide.

Needs to be formulated as a Constitutional Amendment..and run through 38 state legislatures ASAP....would pass in a New York minute....
