The 58 year old man, Roger Clement, is a retired, (on a tax payer funded pension), former Government of Canada employee, who had most recently worked for CIDA, The Canadian International Development Agency.
You know, the agency that hires Canadian turds, to give Canadian taxpayer money away, to the turds in the third world?
