Janet "Miss Piggy" Napolitano just blew obama's case out of the water today with this quote:

"As terrorists increasingly recruit U.S. citizens, the government needs to constantly balance Americans’ civil rights and privacy with the need to keep people safe", said Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano.”

With hard evidence that more and more of the illegals coming across were not just Mexicans from from Islamic terrorist nations and other unfriendly countries, all Brewer is doing is "balancing Americans civil rights and privacy with the need to keep people safe".

Could some of the legal minds explain - how does the Federal government have “standing” in this case? Doesn’t somenone have to be harmed by the law first, and then that person sues?
