And THAT is why the Dems are fearful of a Republican clean sweep this November!
But Obama cannot be impeached; he isn’t a legal President, and will obfuscate the American people on that issue.
As he is ineligible and a usurper, he can only be removed via Quo Warranto filed in the District Court of Washington, D.C.
Let me explain. The removal of a President is a Constitutional power of the Congress. That branch of government has delegated part of that power, the power to remove a usurper, to the District Court of Washington, D.C., via Quo Warranto.
The integrity of the Judicial Branch is so very important, and this is a great example of why Judges should be decent and honorable people - essentially non-bribable.
