Seriously for a moment, for purposes of conversation, remove Rahm from the picture and replace him with a Milquetoast like David Axelrod...how does that change the political picture??
If not Axelrod, then whom?? Let’s assume for now that this is a good rumor...who is a likely successor?
Keep in mind that the timeframe for this would coincide nicely with a major Democrat ass-kicking in the November elections, so it is not at all beyond reality for Premier Hussein to order a purge, starting with the Chief of Staff.
The question is, will Premier Hussein try to move right like Clinton did, or will he try to dig in and reinforce his leftist agenda?? It’s hard to see him doing anything else significant if the Republicans take over the Congress, but what we don’t need is a bunch of Right Wing Socialists taking over for the Left Wing socialists. We need people to get in there and start disassembling the Federal monster we have created, before it devours us all.
