The Immigration Reform and Control Act [IRCA] of 1986 STRICTLY PROHIBITS illegal aliens from working in the United States. It provides for fines to employers who do so.

Now, the administration proposes to enforce the minimum-wage law, while ignoring the provisions of IRCA ???
