I’m in Mt. Washington, just above downtown Pittsburgh. Didn’t feel anything.

Northern Detroit Suburbs. I have been walking around the house to see if someone ran into the house. Also, my alarm system beeped when the impact happened.

My daughter works in the 15222 zip...so she is fairly in the heart of ‘dahntahn.’ She (and her co-workers) thought it might be something that happened construction wise (the subway, all the construction)...but joked ‘earthquake!’

So she calls her newsjunkie mom...and lo and behold...they DID feel it...

Strange.

Just saw on KDKA that, yes, there was an earthquake, the center north of Ottawa. The waves were felt exactly where people on this thread are posting from.

I work out in North Hills - didn't feel a thing. But apparently it was enough to drive people in South Side out of the buildings. One guy said, if this is what an earthquake feels like, I sure don't ever want to be in a big one.
