Does this mean someone will stop Holder from making this a moot issue and siding with the radicals?
As I understand it the US Commission on Civil Rights is empowered by law to investigate such matters and make recommendations for actions to DOJ, I don’t know if they can force action against anyone or not.
If the Commission recommends the DOJ take action and they don’t (which it’s pretty evident they won’t because they’ve dismissed charges against the NBPP already) it will add to the blatant disregard for the law by Holder and his political appointees.
