Absolutely no flame or spark near oxygen, as it can result in a very hot fire or explosion. Very dangerous stuff. Here are the stats:

There have been many cases of Tasers setting on fire individuals and objects exposed to an accelerant, such as gasoline, paint fumes (huffer), and natural gas. Oxygen would be one of the top risks.
