Homeland Security Denies Interest in Blanket Amnesty for Illegals (Read between the lines)

The Department of Homeland Security on Friday denied any plans to grant blanket amnesty to the "entire illegal immigrant population," following claims from senators and others that the Obama administration has been holding behind-the-scenes talks to craft a gameplan for mass legalization.

The concern is that DHS, in a bid to bypass Congress, would extend what is known as deferred action or parole -- actions usually taken on a case-by-case basis -- to millions of illegal immigrants at once.

The department statement, however, did not address the possibility of giving a selective reprieve to the segment of the population holding expired visas -- as opposed to those who crossed illegally. This is something that a former Bush administration official told FoxNews.com could be an option.

To me what it sounds like is that illegals will be automatically tried, convicted, and paroled to the streets of America.

Being paroled makes it easy for the democrats to selectively deport those they deem to be undesirable. Knowing the democrats, that will mean those with capitalistic instincts and those suspected of voting anything other than democrat.

They comprise 30% to 40% of all illegals. They should be deported, not rewarded for violating our laws.

If they overstayed a tourist or student visa, wouldn't the reprieve be to grant an extension (ie, make the visa valid again), not to give them a blanket amnesty?

Or am I thinking too logically again?..../S

Questions:
1. What the hell does the DHS have to do with granting amnesty? What is their authority? Does it exist in the legislation that created that monstrosity?
2. If DHS or Justice or obambi himself grants amnesty by E.O (executive order), that WILL be the flash point. ALL HELL WILL BE UNLEASHED! I guaran-damn-tee it.
3. Has Border Patrol seen an increase of illegal crossings since this amnesty by E.O. has been floated?

DHS is immigration enforcement, taking in the old INS.

The easiest way he can do it is to have the State Dept. issue legal resident status for all of them as ‘refugees’ of the worn torn holes they crawled out of...just like they just did with Haitian illegal aliens and so many others.

Yes, I know the re-arrangement of the deck chairs. I was a Minuteman back in 05. However, the laws regarding asylum or refugee status are very clear, even those for economical status. Still, knowing this regime, they could possibly "massage" those laws or just ignore them.

Still, don't see it happening. As corrupt and wily as obambi is, I believe he knows that will be his end. He thinks he would have a new huge voting bloc to stop the massacre come this November, but the TEA Party demonstration in DC will be nothing compared to what would happen if he tries this. And yes, I said try, because it simply would not stand with the majority of Americans.

The above would be the flash point for me. It would be proof positive that America is now a dictatorship by presidential decree (pretty much there anyway). I would not let such a thing happen without a real fight. I've had a great ride...

Best,

"As corrupt and wily as obambi is, I believe he knows that will be his end."

I also think it would unleash the wrath of those who, for now, have been tolerating political correctness and all the other crazy crap with the hope the someone comes to their senses and changes/stops the behavior. Once released, that wrath will not just stop with Obama, but will continue to all apparatchiks down to local school boards.

Chris Matthews likes to release spittle talking about the dangerous right wing (yeah, right Chrissy. Whatever). He'll really pee his pants when that (formerly) nice old grandma decides to belt him one for calling her a teabagger.
