A large, prosperous middle class is the last thing that Obama wants to perpetuate. It gets in the way of his Marxist goals.
That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness.
"We the Free People of the United States, who have had a tyrannical, narcissistic person thrust upon us into the office of the President by an un-thinking, un-knowing, and un-concerned number of those who consider themselves citizens, yet do not understand what that name entails, have decided that enough is enough.
It is time for us as Free People to stand forth and declare that we are tired of un-checked spending, over-reaching regulation, unfair taxation, and a government that refuses to listen to it's people.
We are tired of special interest groups dictating policy to a government that can be swayed by the application of money and power in order to get their own way.
We are tired of being dictated to by a section of society that views their government as nothing but a 'benefit factory', taking the wealth earned by hard-working individuals and giving it to those who do not contribute to society in any way, shape, or form except as parasites.
We are tired of thousands of those who are not even our fellow citizens, invading our country, taking our jobs and coming here to become the afore-mentioned parasites, contributing nothing except criminal actions perpetrated against rightful citizens.
We declare, are freedom-loving citizens of the United States of America, that as of this day we are going to stand up and turn this country back to the principles that we were founded upon: Life, Liberty, and the PURSUIT of Happiness."
It's not like the original (nothing else CAN be, really), and it is by far NOT all-inclusive to the problems we face, but it's what I feel is RIGHT.

As far as he's permitted. He will not stop of his own accord; he's ideologically driven. Barring an emotional collapse, I don't see him stepping aside unless he's about to be arrested. Then he might flee outside the country. I have no doubt he has assets and a refuge in place, in case he needs to make a hasty exit. Until then, he'll enjoy golf, parties and Wagyu beef on the taxpayers' dime. It's good to be the king.
