Watched USA-Ghana and Germany-England. What I wanna know is WHY countless (outrun) Ghanians writhed on ground “hurt” whenever the US got the ball, whereas the Germany-England match was free of such obviously fake spectacles.

Yeah, except for the horrible ref it really was a classy game. Almost no fouls, no diving, fair play.

A good ref will see faking or over-acting an injury for what it is and issue a yellow card for it.
