WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A small group of Democratic governors this week launched a counter-attack over the federal healthcare overhaul, firing back against legal challenges from nearly two dozen state attorneys general who are seeking to overturn the new law.

In a sign of the partisan divisions over the landmark health care law, each governor is a Democrat representing a state with a Republican attorney general trying to strike down the legislation.

The governors of Colorado, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Washington requested permission to file an amicus, or friend of the court, brief in a lawsuit against the healthcare plan.

They have asked to argue on the side of the defendants in President Barack Obama's administration.

The same day that Congress passed the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act along party lines in March, a group of state attorneys general filed a joint lawsuit in Pensacola, Florida, saying the law was unconstitutional.

What Rendell doesn’t say is that PA’s budget is a mess again and there is no money. He pushed all types of state chip and welfare programs and would love to shovel them off on the fed. He said last week he was going to DC to grovel for the $50 Billion stimulus 3 because he needs that money to keep his bloated government afloat here. His name is mud in the state.

I am going to say it, here and now. I am going to call a ‘spade’ a ‘spade’.

What with the actions regarding:
- (not) defending our southern border
- pending lawsuit against AZ
- starting an economic civil war (AZ boycotts)
- subverting the Constitution (passing Health Care bill without voting on it)
- not doing anything to eliminate/control the massive oil spill.
- giving illegal aliens rights that they don’t deserve

The Democrat Party is a party with a TRAITOROUS AGENDA, an ANTI-AMERICAN philosophy, using fascist methods to subvert our American way of life that we have come to know and appreciate these past 200 years.
