Bullet trains to where? For what? Who'll be able to afford to ride the trains or conduct business or vacation once they reach a destination? Kinda like the Simpson's monorail... Or a Potemkin village. Or, you're right, a Hoover Dam. Wow, the left really does long for an FDR depression era life (as long as they aren't the ones struggling..).

The bullet trains across the country and the comparison to the Hoover Dam (something the people could SEE) were actually the thoughts of her guest. However, she jumped right on the bandwagon with her call for eminent domain to obtain the rights of way for the track.
