Somewhere at Treasury, someone is working up a proposal that if we bring all the boys home for liberty, we’ll boost the economy big time. Talk about a stimulus!
Since the first army and navy was formed, this has been going on. Or so I ‘ve heard, never having been myself. [snicker]
Someone should explain to the author that Navy officers and sailors aren’t the same thing.
With the typical journalists level of knowledge of the military, they’re lucky she’s not talking about soldiers in boats.

I agree. Why would anyone buy it?!?! Obviously, many do, but the logic escapes me. One of those great unanswered mysteries of life (for me at least).
