Psychologically the war has begun. All these ‘revelations’ are part of it. The thing has to be done. The question now is how the US forces in the area will take part. Will they remain inert or will they participate or will they shoot down the Israeli planes as has been obliquely threatened?
Inert--I don't think Obama has the guts to use lethal force on anyone except United States citizens. What is more interesting, is whether he will attempt to cut off aid to Israel because of any military action against Iran.
