In this unemployment environment? Is he crazy? Are the DEMS absolutely suicidal?

However, it is a known fact that Reagan granted amnesty. Even Rubio and Newt commented on it. I am a big Reagan fan and consider him to be one of our greatest leaders but facts are facts.
From Rubio:Rubio delivered a six-minute discourse on immigration policy in which he brought up The Gipper’s support for the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, which granted amnesty to most undocumented workers who could prove they had been in the country continuously for the previous five years.

“In 1986 Ronald Reagan granted amnesty to 3 million people,” Rubio said. “You know what happened, in addition to becoming 11 million a decade later? There were people trying to enter the country legally, who had done the paperwork, who were here legally, who were going through the process, who claimed, all of a sudden, ‘No, no no no , I’m illegal.’ Because it was easier to do the amnesty program than it was to do the legal process.”

All he has to do is SAY amnesty is in the making IF ONLY he could get some republicans to go along with him and if the dems keep power. This will give the dems 100% of the Hispanic vote. And that includes the illegal Hispanic votes. That sews up the election for the dems and then McCain and Graham can be two of “those republicans” he needs.

However, it is a known fact that Reagan granted amnesty.

Reagan signed a bill passed by Congress: the Simpson-Mazzoli Act of 1986. The bill granted amnesty, and it was promised that this act would clean up the illegal problem, and laws would be strictly enforced in the future. That was how it was presented to the American people; a one time fix for the problem. We know how that turned out.

But it is totally wrong to say "Reagan granted amnesty", especially in this discussion where some think Obama might try to grant amnesty through an executive order. Reagan signed a bill, passed by Congress, which granted amnesty.

If presidents could just grant mass amnesty, you can be sure W Bush would have granted it instead of participating in two long and contentious, losing fights for amnesty in 2006 and 2007.

Rounding up 11,000,000 people and putting them on buses is not possible. At 100 per bus you’d need 110,000 buses. That means you’d have to have 110,000 drivers with at least another 220,000 guards (2 per bus). Of course the unemployed could be hired to drive the buses since there won’t be any Mexicans to drive them. The next hurdle would be getting them across the border. Talk about Federales shooting across the river!

Now, what if there are 35,000,000? You’re up to 350,000 buses. Even Ray Nagin doesn’t have that many!

What islamabama is going to say tomorrow night is a “soft sale” on amnesty. And every one of them will vote dem this November. I’m afraid we’re screwed.

The idea Obama and his Leftist criminals has with mass pardons is to:

1. Get those millions of illegals registered to vote via motor voter (citizenship is not verified) and,

2. then get enough absentee ballots issued (according to the number of registered voters, legit or not),

3. then distributed to SEIU and ACORN type groups who will pencil in the dem candidates.

The problem for the dems in their vote fraud efforts in the past is to get enough fraud ballots issued en masse without having some ACORN knucklehead raise suspicions by writing in garbage such as Mickey Mouse or Rin Tin Tin, etc.

Illegals showing up at government counters to get Motor Voter registered is a perfect crime because they can request absentee ballots be sent to their address, which may be a central receiving address.

Voter rolls are not scrutinized unless someone looks at them and challenges individual registrations. But the 2008 election had efforts by the Left to allow same-day registrations! No way to challenge a same-day registration!

One SEIU hack fills in 50 fraud ballots an hour

one thousand SEIU hacks churn out 50,000 fraud ballots an hour

That’s 400,000 fraud ballots a day, or 2 million fraud ballots a week.

There won’t be enough GOP votes this November to do anything.

Solution? GOP lawyers need to be ready same day that Obama commits mass pardon to file suit seeking injunction against mass pardons, and then wait until election to take back Congress, then hold hearings on abuse of Presidential powers, and vote for impeachment.

The people that have been in the ‘grass roots’ meetings with Obama regarding his mass pardon strategy have been leaders in SEIU according to reporters writing on the Huffington Post.

Make no mistake they will be trying to fix the elections this November.

It’s the ‘Chicago Way’!

He may be able to pardon their illegal entry - but that still does not make them citizens ...

Amnesty would have to be granted by law ...

Since something like 70% of the American public is OPPOSED to this, the GOP should introduce a bill the very next day that will REQUIRE EVERYONE to prove that they are in the country legally. Those who cannot produce documentation are SHIPPED OUT IMMEDIATELY ...

And if the DEMS don’t go along and pass this bill - the GOP should FLOOD every state with literature telling EVERYONE to VOTE AGAINST ALL DEMS in the next election ...

The DEMS will be dead as a party - for decades ...

It would be interesting to know what % of illegals vote now. IMHO the number is pretty high already in blue states.

I would think that it is pretty low among Hispanic border jumpers but those overstaying their visas probably cheat more often.
