I drank scotch with Hitchens at the Freeper “Treason is the Reason” rally/dinner back in 1998, where he was a featured speaker. He gave a scathing speech reflecting on the never-ending disgrace that was the Clinton administration.

After each example of their corruption and dishonesty he cited, he would rhetorically ask the crowd, “Can you eat enough to vomit enough?”

He HATED them since he first laid eyes on them and has never failed to shout it drunkenly from the rooftops.

I wish him well.
