NEW YORK – Al-Qaida is preparing to launch its first online propaganda newspaper in English, a move that could broaden the terror group's reach inside the U.S.
Counterterrorism officials and terror analysts say the newspaper, called Inspire, will be run by al-Qaida's branch in Yemen. That's the same group that's linked to the failed Christmas Day bombing of a U.S.-bound airliner.

It’s called “Inspire” as in “Inspire the Believers” (as opposed to the Quranic edict to Incite the Believers. They did this with the full cooperation of the administrators of the al-Faloja forum in particular.
Interestingly, the first couple of pages of the document appear perfectly normal. Then things get weird...
