In office for barely two years, Obama entered the survey in the 15th position – two spots behind Bill Clinton and three spots ahead of Ronald Reagan.

Obama got high marks for intelligence, ability to communicate and imagination, but his score was dragged down by his relative lack of experience and family background…

Bush got docked for saddling Obama with two bloody wars and a recession, and he got low marks for “ability to compromise, foreign policy accomplishments and intelligence,” according to the survey.

Only Warren G. Harding, who was 41st on the list, scored lower in the intelligence category.

The overriding thing to remember here is that the majority of socalled academic Ph.D. "historians" are liberals/progressives......writing actual 'history' is a misnomer when you consider that what these idiotic goons are engaging in is historical deflection and revisionism.

I don't believe Obama has an IQ much above room temperature.
If he does, I've not seen any evidence of it. He can't even read from a teleprompter at a high school level.

It's always amusing whenever the left rate their latest 'celeb du jour' with a bunch of superlatives as "The BEST ..", "The SMARTEST ...", "The MOST TALENTED ...", etc etc etc, "... EVER IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD !!!!" ....

The guy has only been on the national stage since 2004, only been POTUS for a year and a half ... hasn't done diddly except for some pizza parties and golf ... but yet he's THE BEST EVER! NO WE MEAN IT THIS TIME, REALLY HE IS !!!!
