Happy Independance Day n’at!!!
Hope yinz are all having a great weekend! Beautiful weather...nice and hot. My neighbors are gearing up for their traditional ‘Scare Every Dog on the Street’ display tonight. We don’t know them; they are not friendly (with neighbors) but have a gazillion friends who all bring heavy duty ( in can see from far away) fireworks with them. It is too much for our dog...and we wind up with 65 lbs of scaredie cat jello whimpering and barking. It started last night. We will see what tonight brings.
Where our house is we can see several different townships displays. It will be a nice, warm evening...and hopefully our dog settles down and the neighbors have good logistics with their display. We always fear a ‘hold muh beer’ type moment.
Lets hope Q/R are back this week :)
We’re enjoying a nice, quiet day. We’ll have our cookout tomorrow. We’re taking the in-laws up to a place where we can see the fireworks. Haven’t done that in a few years. It will be fun!

We were able to see fireworks from our front yard, and then 1/2 Later from our back sunroom. This works well for me because I am anti-social!
