I like Pastor Stanley a great deal, and he makes some very good points.
But, when I see that the more conservative gubernatorial candidate...in Oregon...is tied with, or leading, the liberal candidate in the polls...I have to think that we, as a country, are turning back to the founding principles in the last year, at least.
He is correct that we’ve been heading towards socialism, but it seems to me that we’ve done an about face so fast that it’s caused whiplash with the public at large.
You have no idea how many people are carrying pocket Constitutions out here! What a breath of fresh air!
I’m still praying for this country, though...and I will continue to do so.
