It will be interesting to find out what they say. Not even the spookiest horse I ever owned spooked at everything. She needed something in particular to set her off. These horses sound proper spooked. I wonder if it could have been on purpose?
That was might thought. They were really spooked, not just shy away spook. Makes me thing mischief and these days with kids being foreign to the farm...
Ahhh...don’t get me started.
Authorities say one of the horses from a two-horse hitch rubbed his head against the other horse, dislodging the horses bridle and causing both horses to become uncontrollable.

A friend who is a riding instructor had a group of people out on a trail and a 28-yr-old horse that had never, ever spooked and was carrying a 9 yr old suddenly shied on a trail he had done a million times and then bolted. They found her shoes along the trail...but thank God, she’d been able to hang on. The horse ran back to the barn, as they always do, and the girl kept her head down when he ran in and she just was standing there when everybody else arrived.
I don’t know what makes horses flip out, and probably they don’t either.
