While at the grocery store on Saturday I picked up all FOUR reaming copies of this issue of the Globe with the intent of giving them to the last 0 supporters I know. When it came time to scan them the clerk who is a 30ish, fat, mixed breed of some kind picks one up and reads the headline. She then says “Whatever, just leave the man alone.” I said “I will leave him alone if he leaves us alone.” and then added “So you do not believe in the law?” to which the clerk responded “What law?” The lady behind me in line (60ish blue hair) says “The one in the Constitution that says you have to be a natural born citizen to be president.” The clerk is now in a very big hurry to get rid of us in her line bags my few item and as I leave the blue haired lady just starts on her and hammers her about ignorant fools who do not know the law....lol. Too bad I had to move on or make a big scene.

I think the Birthers need to let go of this issue and move on to real problems, such as Obama’s policies because, to be frank, they sound like kooks.

This is why I now believe the eligibility issue will never be fully resolved. If Obama is ever compelled to produce his long form BC and to justify his NBC status, he will first be induced to resign or be removed from office for health reasons. Too many folks in the power structure vouched for him and they'd be taken down too if his utter fraudulence were to be totally exposed.

A birth announcement in the Hawaiian papers merely means someone registered his birth with Hawaiians records dept. This was common in Hawaii at the time of obama’s birth. Birth in Hawaii was NOT REQUIRED to be resigistered in Hawaii. obama could have been born in Kenya and then his birth registered in Hawaii as his family states, as well as the kenyan government. The important thing to remember is the the issue is not his place of birth , he had only one American parent and thus ineligible to be President under Article 2 of the Constitution.
