Honestly, Reid could win.

Of all the potential GOP candidates in Nevada, Angle has the least appeal among "independent" voters.

She's said some things that would make me wonder about her fitness...not because I disagree with her, but because I wouldn't SAY THEM PUBLICLY if I was running for national office.

Maybe she's just right on the issues and a little dumb. Time will tell.

However, anyone who thinks this is a shoe-in for the GOP is smoking crack.

Being a politician is easy, actually getting elected is VERY difficult, especially to statewide office when you have no previous statewide campaign experience. It's exponentially more difficult to win in statewide campaigns compared to local district campaigns.

I doubt Angle is "dumb", even just a little. But, she's going to make rookie mistakes, and Reid - as a crafty old veteran - is going to take advantage of those mistakes. When campaigning for public office, experience matters - unless of course you're John McCain, then you get beat by a kid who's barely out of diapers.

Haven't seen Reid break 43% in forever, so unless third party candidates can take 15%, the lady wins. With that said, always play like you are 10 points behind.

From this angle as a Nevadan I think her ideas are just about right. She wants to chop everything the feds do with our money. I have no problems with that, NONE! She wants to restrict state legislators. I also have no problems with that, NOT A ONE!

I am fed up with bureaucrats that think we all need our hands held from dawn ‘til dusk.

Well maybe.

Got to remember anti-incumbents fever has also come to Nevada also.

SPEAK THE TRUTH -— AND LET THE CHIPS FALL WHERE THEY MAY!!!

If someone will actually be honest and TELL US EXACTLY LIKE IT IS, then we can make truly informed decisions.

The problem with POLITICIANS is that they hedge their bets and word spin until what they say can mean just about ANYTHING to anyone, and there is no way to really know what they think or what to expect, much less what we can hold them to!!!

And that is why so many Americans hate POLITICIANS.

And the only way to FIX it is to actually ELECT people who will boldly SAY WHAT THEY MEAN AND MEAN WHAT THEY SAY.
