He is going to find out what copyrigth law is since they already sent a cease and desist letter. Next step is for them to sue. There are no first amendment rights as far as copyright goes.

Actually there is. FR makes use of it every day.

Sharron cannot stop the “waybackmachine” from remembering her previous comments, some of which were silly. She can only win by admitting them and admitting that she has changed.

Denying previous comments recorded is a stupid strategy.

That depends on whether Angle had the content registered with the U.S. Copyright Office. Copyright without registration is a toothless beast.

There are no first amendment rights as far as copyright goes.

Sure there is...fair use is just one example.

...and yes...I do think Reid is a putz who should be tarred and feathered on his way out of office.
