Hillary meant that we have the right to debate and disagree wtih any Republican administration. You are not supposed to debate and disagree when good Democrats are in charge.
Remember, the Republicans are the party of old white men, the party of big business, the party of country club members. Since good Democrats represent the common people, by definition, the common people would never debate and disagree with anything that good Democrats want to do. (sarcasm)
