They actually responded to Megyn Kelly personally? HA! That is fantastic! You know they getting to them when that happens. But the more they play the video of Samir Shabazz the worse they look. I don’t get it, if the charges are not dropped they can still act on them? Quite a feather in Fox’s cap if they do.

Well, here is the original NBBP complaint:
Voter Intimidation Complaint
Here is a pic of Shabazz:

Charges against three of the people at the polling place were completely dropped and this was all that happened to Shabazz:
Only one of four defendants, Samir Shabazz, faced punishment: a temporary injunction against appearing at Philadelphia polls with a weapon. The department stopped at the injunction and didn't call for criminal penalties, monetary damages or other civil penalties.
Injunction
JUDGMENT
AND NOW, this 18th day of May, 2009, in accordance with the accompanying Order, and the Court having this day granted the Government's motion for default judgment, JUDGMENT IS ENTERED in favor of the United States of America and against Minister King Samir Shabazz, enjoining Minister King Samir Shabazz from displaying a weapon within 100 feet of any open polling location on any election day in the City of Philadelphia, or from otherwise violating 42 U.S.C. § 1973i(b).
