Seems to me that Ms. Lubchenco is an undiscovered Russian spy. Now we see just how much harm they can do to America’s interests.

China, Vietnam, and other countries put a lot of fish into our supermarkets, in competition with US fishermen. Who benefits from reducing US-caught fish supplies?

Indeed. I think the delay on preventing oil from hitting the gulf coast and marshes have something to do with this [along with assisting in passing his crap n tax bill]

The entire regulatory process needs an overhaul. Also, why is NOAA involved in fisheries? Isn’t that Wildlife Mgt? In Maryland, I do not believe that NOAA is involved.
