Yup. One by one. I also would have taken out the Saudi's air force so we had total air domination and started buzzing the tower. The message would have been simple. I will stop killing bin ladens and blowing Saudi stuff up once OBL's head is delivered to me on a platter.
It would have worked and they would be talking about the wrath of the Amreicans 1,000 years from now.
